The Finnish sauna is one of the traditional sauna types in Finland. During the Finnish sauna temperatures of up to 100 ° C and a humidity of about 10% prevail. This sauna variant is characterized by a change between warm and cold.
After the sauna is advised to cool off in the open or by cold showers. For this you can use our shower, the gentle rain shower and the bucket shower. This stimulates circulation and blood circulation, strengthens the immune system and purifies and detoxifies the body.
SANARIUM
Sanarium is the name given to a soft sauna with temperatures of around 60°C and a humidity of 50%. Thus, the sanarium differs from the classic sauna by the milder temperature and humidity.
Often an additional color light therapy serves the relaxation and well-being of the sauna visitor. Because the sanarium is so mild, a stay can be quiet about 30 minutes. After a stay in the sanarium you should cool off and take a rest. The respiratory system is calmed and the circulation is spared.
